II. Warranty period

III. Conditions for taking advantage of the guarantee
The User should present the completed warranty card for the Product and the User
should substantiate the circumstances of purchase of the Product, e.g. by
presenting the receipt, invoice, etc. In order to carry out the claim efficiently, the
User is advised to submit with the Product for claim all the elements specified in the
"Completion of the device" included in the User's Manual.
2. compliance by the User with the recommendations contained in the User's
Manual and the warranty card.
3. The warranty covers only the territory of the Republic of Poland and the EU.
4. The warranty does not cover Product defects arising in particular from:
a. Failure by the User to comply with the conditions set forth in the User's Manual,
particularly with regard to proper operation, maintenance and cleaning;
b. Use of cleaning or maintenance products by the User that do not comply with the
User's Manual;
c. Inadequate storage and transportation of the Product by the User;
d. Unauthorized changes and/or alterations to the Product by the User, which were
not agreed upon with the Guarantor;
e. User's use of consumables in the Product that do not comply with the User's
Manual.
5. The User, who is not a consumer within the meaning of the Act of April 23, 1964
of the Civil Code, loses the warranty on the Product in which:
- serial numbers, date markings and nameplates have been removed, altered or
damaged by the User;
- seals have been damaged by the User or bear signs of tampering by the User.
6. Note: Activities related to the daily operation of the Product, resulting, among
other things, from the User's Manual, shall be performed by the User on his/her own
and at his/her own expense.
IV. Complaint procedure
1. In the event that the Product is found not to be working properly, make sure that
all the operations specified in particular in the User's Manual have been performed
correctly before making a claim.
2. It is recommended to make a complaint immediately, preferably within 7 days
from the date of noticing a defect in the Product. The User, who is not a consumer
within the meaning of the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code, loses the rights arising
from this warranty if he/she fails to report a complaint within 7 days.
3. Claims may be filed, among others, at the point of purchase of the Product, at
the warranty service or in writing to the address: Dedra Exim Sp. z o.o., ul. 3 Maja
8, 05-800 Pruszków.
4. The user may file a complaint using the form available on the website
www.dedra.pl. ("Warranty Claim Form").
5. Addresses of warranty services for specific countries are available at
www.dedra.pl. In the absence of a warranty service for a particular country,
warranty claims are recommended to be addressed to: Dedra Exim Sp. z o.o. ul. 3
Maja 8, 05-800 Pruszków (Poland).
6. With a view to the safety of the User, it is prohibited to use a defective Product.
7. Caution: using a defective Product is dangerous to the health and life of the User.
8. The fulfillment of the obligations under the warranty will be carried out within 14
working days from the date of delivery of the claimed Product by the User.
9. Before delivering the defective Product for complaint, it is recommended to clean
it. The Product under complaint is recommended to be carefully protected against
damage in transit (it is recommended to deliver the Product under complaint in its
original packaging).
10. The warranty period shall be extended by the time during which, due to a defect
in the Product covered by the warranty, the User could not use it.
The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the User's rights under the
warranty provisions for defects of the sold thing.
Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European
Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons
with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such
data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "RODO"), we inform you of the
following
1. The administrator of your personal data provided in the form is DEDRA-EXIM
sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Pruszkow , 3 Maja Street 8, 05-800
Pruszkow (hereinafter: "Administrator").
2. Your data will be processed solely for the purpose of carrying out the warranty
procedure for the device in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data
Protection Regulation (hereinafter: "GDPR") Provision of data is voluntary, but
necessary to carry out the warranty procedure.
3. Your data will be processed for the period of consideration of the execution of
the warranty procedure and for archiving purposes in case of the need to
defend against possible claims against the Administrator no longer than until
their statute of limitations.
4. Your data may be disclosed only to entities processing data for the
Administrator on the basis of a written contract of entrustment of personal data
processing providing, among others, technical service, hosting or website
maintenance, IT service, courier company. The Administrator's suppliers are
obliged to ensure data security and meet the requirements of the applicable
law related to personal data protection and may not use the entrusted personal
data for purposes other than those specified in the contract with the
Administrator.
5. Your data will not be processed by automated means including profiling and
will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.
6. You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify,
erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, at any
time.

I. Odpovědnost za výrobek
1. Ručitel – DEDRA EXIM Sp. z o.o. se sídlem v Pruszkowie, adresa: ul. 3 Maja 8,
05-800 Pruszków, KRS 0000062517, Obvodní soud pro hl. město Varšavu ve
Varšavě, XIV. Hospodářský odbor Celostátního soudního rejstříku, DIČ 527-020-
49-33, Základní kapitál: 100 980.00 zl.
2. Podle podmínek stanovených v tomto záručním listu ručitel poskytuje záruku na
výrobek, pocházející z distribuce ručitele.
3. Záruční odpovědnost za vady se týká pouze vad vzniklých z příčin tkvících ve
výrobku v okamžiku jeho vydání uživateli.
4. Uživatel má nárok na bezplatnou záruční opravu výrobku, pokud vada byla
zjištěná v záruční době. Provedení opravy výrobku (způsob opravy) závisí na
rozhodnutí ručitele. Pokud ručitel nemůže provést opravu, vyhrazuje si právo na
výměnu vadné součásti nebo celého výrobku za bezvadný, snížení ceny výrobku
nebo odstoupení od smlouvy.
5. Vůči uživateli, který není spotřebitelem ve smyslu zákona ze dne 23. dubna 1964
občanský zákoník, je odpovědnost Ručitele za škody vyplývající z této záruky
a/nebo v souvislosti s jejím uzavřením a plněním, bez ohledu na právní titul,
omezena maximálně do výše hodnoty vadného výrobku.

III. Podmínky uplatňování záruky
1. Przedstawienie przez Użytkownika wypełnionej karty gwarancyjnej Produktu 1.
Předložení vyplněného záručního listu pro výrobek a doložení okolností nákupu
výrobku, např. předložením paragonu, faktury atd. Pro správné vyřízení reklamace
se doporučuje, abyste společně s výrobkem předali všechny součásti stanovené v
kapitole „Kompletace“ výrobku uvedené v návodu k obsluze.
2. Dodržování pokynů uvedených v návodu k obsluze a záručním listu.
3. Záruka platí pouze na území Polska a EU.
4. Záruka se nevztahuje na vady výrobku vzniklé zejména v následku:
a. Nedodržování podmínek stanovených v návodu k obsluze, zejména v rozsahu
správného provozování, údržby a čištění;
b. Používání čisticích nebo ošetřovacích prostředků v rozporu s návodem k
obsluze;
c. Nevhodného skladování a přepravování výrobku;
d. Svépomocných změn a/nebo úpravy výrobku, které nebyly dohodnuty s
ručitelem;
e. Používání ve výrobku provozních materiálů v rozporu s návodem k obsluze.
5. Uživatel, který není spotřebitelem ve smyslu zákona ze dne 23. dubna 1964
občanský zákoník, ztratí záruku na výrobek, na kterém:
- odstranil, změnil nebo poškodil sériová čísla, označení údajů a výkonové štítky;
- ucpávky byly poškozeny uživatelem nebo nesly stopy manipulace uživatele.
6. Upozornění! Činnosti spojené s každodenní obsluhou výrobku, vyplývající mj. z
návodu k obsluze, provádí uživatel ve vlastní režii a na své náklady.
IV. Postup při reklamaci
1. V případě zjištění nesprávného provozu výrobku se před nahlášením reklamace
ujistěte, že jste provedli správně všechny činnosti podrobně popsané v návodu k
obsluze.
2. Reklamaci nahlaste ihned, nejlépe do 7 dnů od data zjištění vady výrobku.
Uživatel, který není spotřebitelem ve smyslu zákona ze dne 23. dubna 1964
občanský zákoník, ztratí nárok na uplatnění záruky v případě nenahlášení
reklamace do 7 dnů.
3. Reklamaci můžete nahlásit mj. v místě zakoupení výrobku, v záručním servisu
nebo písemně na adresu: DEDRA EXIM Sp. z o.o., ul. 3 Maja 8, 05-800 Pruszków.
4. Reklamaci můžete nahlásit prostřednictvím formuláře dostupného na stránkách
www.dedra.pl. („Formulář pro nahlášení reklamace“).
