• 7 AUTOMATIC COOKING MODE
STARTING AN AUTOMATIC COOKING PROGRAMME
IMMEDIATE COOKING
- Select the “AUTO” mode when you are in
the general menu then conrm.
The oven suggests several categories
of dishes (Meat, Fish, Dishes, Bread &
Doughs, Desserts):
Depending on the dish selected or the
oven status (already preheated), the AI
mode suggests a default weight which
you will need to adjust if necessary
before conrming. The oven automatically
calculates the cooking time and
temperature parameters. The shelf height
displays, insert your dish and conrm.
- The oven beeps and turns o when the
cooking time is nished; your screen then
indicates that the dish is ready.
The “AUTO” function selects for you the suitable cooking parameters based on the food
to be prepared.
For certain AI recipes the oven
must be preheated before you
place your dish in it.
You may open your oven to baste your
dish at any time during cooking.
