Operating instructions:
To charge your device:
Connect your device to the Power Bank outlet, using your device's charging
cable (see image below).
To charge the Power Bank:
Method I: connect the Power Bank input to a USB power adapter, using the
included USB cable (see picture 1)
Method II: connect the Power Bank input to a computer, using the included USB
cable (see picture 2)
Problem solving:
Q: The Power Bank cannot be charged.
A1: Please check if the USB power adapter is correct and if the cable and
connector are working properly.
R2: USB DCU or other brand 5V / 2A max power adapters are recommended. to
charge the Power Bank.
Q: The Power Bank cannot charge your device.
A1: The Power Bank charge is too low, please charge it rst.
R2: The voltage of your device is not compatible with the voltage output of the
Power Bank, please check the voltage of your device.
A3: Wrong connection between your device and Power Bank, or the connection
cable and connector do not work properly, please check them and use original
cables.
A4: Power Bank failure, contact DCU or your local distributor.
