To create this simple dedicated SE-2600MU IP network you will need:
An IP router which can assign/give IP addresses.
Two RJ-45 cables.
Windows 7/8/10 laptop or PC.
The IP router Administrator login and password.
Instructions
1. First connect the router to the SE-2600MU and the Windows computer using two RJ-45
cables.
2. Turn on the Windows computer and set it to DHCP setup within the Windows Network
and Sharing Centre.
3. Refer to the Ethernet control protocol document to change the switcher’s connection
mode to DHCP.
4. Reboot the SE-2600MU. Once the reboot is complete, query for the switcher’s IP address
to ensure the router has assigned the correct address.
