3.1 MACHINE COMPONENTS
This machine is intended for professional use by qualified
personnel.
The volumetric pump is used for dispensing the drinks (coffee,
hot water) and for boiler loading.
Each dispensing unit has a touch screen control panel to manage
the dispensing and programming of machine functions.
The boiler heats up water for dispensing coffee, hot water and
steam.
The hot water controls are located near the hot water spout. The
steam wands are operated by the side levers.
The machine consists of the following parts:
1 Service keyboard 6 Coffee dispense unit 11 Filter holder
2 Touch screen 7 On/Off switch (behind the basin) 12 Basin with cup support rack
3 Keyboard for coffee dispense unit 8 Drain pan 13 Adjustable feet
4 Steam lever 9 Cup warming pad 14 Steam lever
5 Boiler and pump manometers 10 Grid for coffee dispense unit protection 15 Coffee dispensing lever
