2 Signing Up and Login
2.1 Signing Up
For the first time to log in to DoLynk Care, you must create an account first. The sign up methods
include personal account registration and GSP invitation registration.
You can log in to the platform with the accounts of the systems including Partner app and DoLynk
Dashboard.
Personal account registration
You can sign up through registration portal of the platform login page. The registered account is a
personal account. If you need to use features such as entrusting devices and purchasing service
packages, you need to get authenticate your company after logging in.
1. Enter the platform address in the browser, and then press Enter.
2. Click
Sign up
to create an account.
3. Select the country or region, enter the email address and password, and then click
Send
to
obtain the verification code.
4. Enter the verification code that was sent to the registered email, and then read and select
I have
read and agree to Registration Agreement and Privacy Policy
. Click
Sign up
.
If the browser language is Thai, you can register an account with your mobile phone number to
obtain the verification code.

GSP Invitation Registration
The GSP system triggers and sends a registration link to your email. You can register for a DoLynk
Care account by clicking the link. The account registered through the GSP invitation is an enterprise
account.
1. Click the link received in the email to go to the registration page.
