Email Alerts

Click the Email Alerts icon in the System Management window or the Email Alerts link in the left window to congure the

e-mail alert settings.

Email Alert Click the radio buttons to enable or disable the

e-mail alert function.

Login Method Use the drop-down menu to select the

login method. If the SMTP server requires

authentication, select Login. If not, select

Anonymous.

User Name If Login is selected in Login Method, enter the

user name of the e-mail account.

Password If Login is selected in Login Method, enter the

password of the e-mail account.

Encryption Select SSL/TLS if the SMTP server requires

authentication.

SMTP Server Enter the IP address of the SMTP server.

Port Number Enter the port number of the SMTP server.

Sender E-mail Enter the sender’s e-mail address.

Receiver E-mail Enter the e-mail address that the e-mail alert

sends to.

Test E-mail Click the Test E-Mail button

to send a test e-mail.

Event Alert

Settings

Tick the check boxes to select the situation that

will cause the e-mail alert to be sent out.

Click Apply to save the settings.
