9.3 Web Browser Sharing
Sharing a computer’s desktop, window, or browser tab can also be
accomplished directly from the unit’s WebGUI.
Note: Web browser sharing is only available in Chrome and Edge browsers
on Windows systems. Touch Back and audio functionality are not supported.
This type of sharing is not available if “Moderation Mode” is active.
Step 1)
Connect to the unit’s web landing page (See Section 8.1).
Step 2)
Click the Browser Sharing “Start” button and you will be presented
with the login page.
Step 3)
Type in your preferred display name, and the unit’s login code (if
required), then click “Start Sharing”.
Note: The display name can be up to 20 characters long.
Step 4)
A new popup window will ask you select the type of sharing to use:
Entire Screen, Window, or Tab.
Step 5)
After making your sharing type selection, click “Share” to begin
sharing your screen.
Step 6)
When you are ready to stop sharing, simply close the “Browser
Sharing” tab, or click on the “Stop Sharing” button.
