It is best to grind coee beans directly before brewing to maximize
avour. Buy coee beans (whole beans or pre-ground) in small
batches to reduce the storage time. Coee beans are best consumed
between 5 - 20 days after the ‘Roasted On’ date.
Dose correctly. How strong you want the coee is a matter of
taste. We recommend 60g of coee per liter of water (7.5 grams
per 125ml) for 8/9/10 cups brewing. For 2/3/4/5/6/7 cups, we
recommend higher coee to water ratio. Always use coee measure
or weight.
Freshly brewed coee always tastes best - so serve it as fast as you
can. If this is not possible, be sure to store the coee pro

serve it preferably within half an hour. After this, the taste is

between 80° - 85 °C which is optimal. If the temperature becomes too

high, the coee tastes bitter.
