Manage Licensing with XiO Cloud
Purchased DMNVXsoftware licenses can be managed through the XiO Cloud service portal. For more
information on using XiO Cloud, refer to the XiO Cloud Service User Guide.
NOTE: Each DM-NVX-SW-C310 license claimed into an XiO Cloud account with an XiO Cloud
Premium subscription will be included in the device count total. Visit the Licensing and Registration
Hub to associate DM-NVX-SW-C310 licenses with an XiO Cloud account.
To activate licensing through XiO Cloud, follow the instructions below.
1. Place your DMNVX software order with Crestron using the provided form.
2. In the Licensing Mode drop-down list, select XiOCloud.
3. Select Activate. The XiO Cloud service portal opens.
4. Claim the DMNVXsoftware to your XiO Cloud account as described in the XiO Cloud Service User
Guide.
5. Navigate to the DM NVXsoftware in the ENVIRONMENT menu tree in XiO Cloud.
6. Select the Licenses tab in the device settings.

7. Select +Add next to the license. The Add Licenses dialog box is displayed.

8. Select Add.
