Keep Warm Mode
This function is used to keep the oven warm. Press twice on the menu on the touch screen to select the special
functions menu. (see Fig. 22)
Select keep warm mode by rotating the rotary knob on the special functions menu. (see Fig. 23)
Select keep warm mode by pressing the rotary knob once when the keep warm icon ( ) appears on the touch
screen. (see Fig. 24) It may be set from 45 °C to 100 °C. The recommended temperature is 70 °C. Maximum
operating period is 6 hours.
Steam Cleaning Mode
This allows cleaning of the dirt that is softened by the steam occurred inside the oven.
A few steps that shall be realized before starting the steam cleaning are explained below:
1. Remove all accessories from the oven.
2. Put half a litre of water in the tray and place the tray to the bottom of the cooker.
3. Operate the steam cleaning function.
4. After operating the oven for 30 minutes, open the door and wipe the inner surfaces of oven with a damp cloth.
5. Clean the oven using dish washing detergent, warm water, and a soft cloth for dirt that does not come out
easily and wipe the area you have cleaned with a dry cloth.
