6. Release Film (FEP) Replacement

Recycle the resin in the resin vat back into the
original bottle , then clean up. (Note: Please make
sure there are no residue matter left inside the Vat)
Remove all the screws at the bottom of the resin vat, take
out the xing plate and the release lm. (Note: The xing
plate andthe vat bottom need to be cleaned)

Gently remove the protective lm of the release lm.

Align the release lm with the xing plate
Press into the bottom of the vat, and tighten the
screws diagonally across from each other one at
a time. (Note: Make sure there are no debris
between the xing plate and release lm)
Make sure the release lm is at and tight after installation.
(Note: If not at or loose, please check whether the screws
are locked or the release lm is abnormal)
Tips: ① The diagram is a reference for the lm change procedure, please refer to the physical product; if there are excess edges after installation
of the release lm, you will need to cut them o.
② It is recommended to replace the release lm when it has been used for more than 200 hours.
