‐ This problem is most likely caused by MIDI loopbacks. Please check if
you have set up custom MIDI routing via the UxMIDI Tools software.
You can try to press and hold the button for 5 seconds in the power-
on state and then release it to reset the interface to the factory default
state.
⚫ Can't find a Bluetooth device.
- Please make sure that the WIDI Core expansion module has been
correctly inserted into the internal slot of U4MIDI WC and the WIDI
indicator is flashing slowly.
- If the WIDI indicator is on, it means that it has been automatically
connected to a Bluetooth MIDI device. Please turn off other Bluetooth
MIDI devices that do not need to be connected and try again.
⚫ The U4MIDI WC cannot send and receive MIDI messages through the
expanded WIDI Core.
- Please check if the WIDI Core Bluetooth is selected as the MIDI Input
and Output device in the DAW software.
- Please check if the Bluetooth MIDI connection has been established
successfully.
- Please check if the MIDI cable between U4MIDI WC and external MIDI
device is connected correctly.
⚫ The wireless connection distance of the WIDI Core module of the
U4MIDI WC is very short, the latency is high, or the signal is
intermittent.
- WIDI Core adopts Bluetooth standard for wireless signal transmission.
