ties. The appliance is not intended for commercial use.
• Use the appliance just if the plug and the cable are dry.
• Do not introduce very big pieces in the appliance (2-
4cm) in order to avoid blocking the blades and there
-
by overheating the product.
• With soft fruits and vegetables (bananas, tomatoes) it
is enough with just halving or even quartering them.
• Do not use the product without contents.
• Do not operate the appliance with less than 250 ml
contents or over the mark “max”.
• Do not move the unit during operation
• Before removing the blending jar, make sure the bla

des have completely stopped.
• Firstly, switch off the appliance and wait until the bla
-
des have completely stopped.
• Before removing the container, unplug the unit.
Please do not put ingredients of a
temperature higher than 40°C into the
jars. Doing so may cause injury.
• Wait before putting the liquids into the blending jar
until they are lukewarm.
Do not lift by the
top of the unit!
Before plugging in:
• Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the rating
label one that shown on the underside of the appliance.
• Before the first use, the appliance should be cleaned.
Use the program “Clean” to do this.
• Connect the plug to the mains.
• Cut very solid food items in small 2-4 cm pieces.
ATTENTION! The vacuum blender
could be operated only with the
container in the correct position!
Use vacuum blender
• Connect plug to power supply and machine will
beep once, you can start to use now.
For vacuum:
• Install vacuum storage jar in the appliance:
• The vacuum blender has a separate vacuum function,
programmed to vacuum the blending jar or vacuum
storage jar or vacuum bags.
• Press VACUUM button and TIME will count for 45 se
-
conds, then machine will stop automatically, “VACU-
UM” on LCD display will flash 9 times with beeps.
Note
When VACUUM program is running, touching other
buttons except for “START/STOP” will be useless.
For blending:
• “START/STOP”: Press to work as per setting, Press
again to pause.
• “MENU”: Press one time to choose one auto pro
-
gram, including CRUSH, CLEAN, SAUCE, V+JUICE.
After 4 pressings it will choose from CRUSH again.
The selected program will flash and Speed, Time of
this program will be displayed, other programs will
go dark.
Note V+JUICE
There is no time specification for this function.
A vacuum is initially generated (45 seconds). This
is followed by starting the mixing process (approx.
1.35 min.). The total time is approx. 2.20 minutes.
• “VACUUM”: When touched, LCD display will show
“VACUUM” and flash, then touch “START/STOP” but
-
ton to vacuum, machine will stop automatically after
45 seconds.
• “+”: Touch to add Speed or Time.
• “-”: Touch to decrease Speed or Time.
• “SPEED”: Touch once to set speed, then press „+“ to
add or „-“ to lower down speed.
• “TIME”: Touch once to set time, then press „+“ to add
or „-“ to lower down time.
• “PULSE”: Keep touching to work at fastest speed,
stop touching to stop.Install blending jar as indicated
in the photos below:

“Menu” automatic programs
• Press one time to choose one auto program, including
CRUSH (ice crushing), CLEAN, SAUCE (preparation of
sauces), V+JUIVE (preparation of juices under vacu
-
um). After 4 pressings it will start from CRUSH again.
• The selected program will flash, and the speed and
time of this program will be displayed.
• Other programs will go dark.
• After nishing the program, the machine will stop
automatically, and the chosen menu will ash with
beeps for 9 times.
Note
When a “MENU” program is running, touching ot
-
her buttons except for “START/STOP” will be useless.
• Any “MENU” function can be stopped by touching
“START/STOP”.
DIY function
• If you want to blend or grind at your preferred timescale,
you can operate the vacuum blender in a manual way.
• If you need vacuum first, please touch “VACUUM”
button and wait 45 seconds until the machine stops.
• Touch “Speed” to select preferred speed, touch “TIME”
to select preferred time.
• Touch “START/STOP” to start work in your way.
Note
When the machine is running at selected speed
and time, touching “MENU” will be useless.
• The machine will stop working automatically after 2
minutes and 30 seconds to ensure user´s safety, please
re-select speed and time to use continuously. But we do
not suggest running it over 3 minutes continuously.
• Cool it for 30 minutes before a second using.
Useful tips
• It is easier to open the blending jar lid or vacuum sto-
rage jar lid if you use one hand to release the vacuum
seal and the other hand to open lid, even if the vacu
-
um function has not been used.
Important information
• If the blender jar is not closed properly or not enga-
ged properly, the vacuum blender will show an error
message (E1 in the display) and emits a beep. This hint
will be given 3 times in a row. Correct the mounting of
the blender jar and make sure the vacuum blender is
closed properly.
• If preparing food for babies or young children, always
check that the ingredients are thoroughly blended
before feeding.
• Do not run the vacuum blender continuously for
longer than 3 minutes, leave to cool for 30 minutes
between each operation.
• Do not operate the appliance if the blending jar is empty.
• Always allow hot food to cool before processing.
• Do not place any part of the vacuum blender into a
microwave.
• If the blender is overload, remove some of the mixtu
-
re and continue processing in several batches, other-
wise you may strain the motor.
• Remember that blending hard foods such as coffee be
-
ans, spices, chocolate or ice will wear the blades faster.
• Beware of over processing some ingredients. Stop
and check the consistency frequently.
Care and Cleaning
• Always hold the plastic parts rather than the cutting
edge when handling and cleaning.
