INTENDED USE
■ The device is used to remove light dirt
on upholstery and rugs and to freshen
up upholstery, e.g. sofas and car seats,
and small rugs, e.g. entrance rugs and
floor mats with water or steam. It is not
a substitute for a conventional vacuum
cleaner. Before the device is used, the
upholstery or rug which is to be treated
should be thoroughly cleaned with a
vacuum cleaner.
■ The device is only designed for
targeted use.
The device is not suitable for
cleaning / treating:
• unsealed wooden floors, soft
plastic, wooden furniture or
leather
• synthetic fabrics, velvet or
other delicate materials
• surfaces treated with wax – the
heat and steam may remove
the wax coating.
On no account should the device be
used to suck up the following:
○ glowing ash, cigarette ends,
matches, etc.
○ inflammable or explosive sub-
stances
○ very fine dust (e.g. concrete
dust), ash or toner
○ pointed, hard objects such as
large pieces of broken glass
■ The device is for personal use only and is
not intended for commercial applications.
■ The device should only be used as de-
scribed in the operating instructions. Any
other use is deemed to be improper.
■ The warranty does not cover faults
caused by incorrect handling, damage
or attempted repairs. The same applies
to normal wear and tear.

The device works with hot steam. Be careful when handling
the device, there is a risk of scalding!
