flows out of the air outlet(13).

The indicator lights and (8)
can be used to check whether the
UV-C lamp and the ultrasonic gener-
ator are switched on.
4. If necessary, press the button(3) to
switch between the power levels.

The vibration shakes up the surface
which is to be cleaned and the
dust which is agitated is sucked in
through the suction opening(17).
Depending on the degree of dirt,
the control LED (12) lights up red or
green.
5. Guide the device very slowly and evenly
over the surface to be cleaned.
6. After vacuuming, press the button to
switch off the device.
7. Remove the mains plug from the plug
socket and clean the device (see the
“Cleaning and Storage” chapter).
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Please Note!
■ Empty the dust container each use. The
filters must also be regularly cleaned
in order to prevent overloading of the
motor.
■ Do not use any sharp or abrasive
cleaning agents to clean the device
and accessories. They may damage the
surfaces.

The HEPA filter should be replaced
at least every 12 months.
• Make sure the device is disconnected
from the power supply.
• As required, wipe down the motor unit
with a soft, damp cloth. Then dry it with
a soft cloth.
• Wipe down the cover of the UV-C
lamp(15) and the sensor(14) with a dry
cloth.
• If necessary, remove coarse dirt from the
air inlet (10) and air outlet (11, 13).
• W
ipe out the recess for the dust container
(PictureB) with a duster.
Emptying the Dust Container
1. Pull the dust container(5) diagonally off
the motor unit (PictureD).
2. Hold the dust container over an open
dustbin and press the button for open-
ing the dust container flap. The dust
container flap opens and the dirt drops
out (PictureE).
3. Wipe out the dust container with a dry
duster if necessary.
4. To close it, press the dust container
flaponto the dust container. It must
engage.
5. When reinserting, first place the front of
the dust container in the recess on the
motor unit. Then press the dust contain-
er towards the handle(1) until it clicks
into place.
Cleaning the metal and HEPA filter
1. Pull the filter unit(4) up and out of the
dust container(5) (PictureF).
2. Twist the HEPA filter to release it from
the filter unit (PictureG). Then pull the
HEPA filter out of the filter unit.
3. Tap out both filters and clean them, e.g.
with the cleaning brush provided.

For thorough cleaning the filters can
be rinsed under cold running water.
Allow to dry completely before
reassembling!
4. Reassemble the filters in the reverse or-
der and push the filter unit into the dust
container as far as it will go.
