Replacing UV lamps (on the front and rear of the unit)

Both UV lamps of the Clean Air Optima CA-510Pro Smart air puriﬁer have a service life of 8,000

operating hours = 1 year of 24/7 operation. The UV lamps should be replaced after 8,000 hours of

operation, or if the indicator light (UV) on the display goes out.

1. Switch o the device and pull the plug out of the socket.

2. Press the release buttons with both ﬁngers and remove the front and rear covers.

3. Remove the ﬁlters (front and rear).

4. Use a Philips-head screwdriver and remove the screws from the metal guard of both UV

lamps (front and rear).

5. Pull the power cord out of the housing towards you until you see the plug connectors.

Unlock the plug connectors, see ﬁgure.

6. You can now ﬁt the new UV lamps. After the UV lamps have been ﬁtted, the indicator light

(UV) will light up again.
