Replace the UV-C lamp
The Clean Air Optima Air purifier CA-508 is equipped with a lifetime surveillance system that
indicates when the UV lamp needs to be replaced. When the lamp needs to be changed, the purifier
makes a sound during 30 seconds after which the "UV LED" lamp on the display flickers. Follow the
instructions underneath to replace the UV lamp. Restart the air purifier by resetting the device: hold
the UV button during 30 seconds on the control panel in order to restart the UV lamp lifetime
surveillance system.
