MIG wire jammed in conduit liner or

contact tip. (burn-back jam). Check

for clogged / kinked MIG torch

conduit liner or worn contact tip.

Replace faulty components.

Check Feed Roll Pressure

adjustment and adjust if necessary.

Refer to Section 5.08.

C

Check Wire Reel Brake setting and

adjust if necessary. Refer to Section

5.06.

D

If Error Code is still present on

the Display contact an Accredited

Cigweld Service Provider.

Check the Power Source Supply Plug

is correctly connected to the Supply

Socket.

Check the Power Source Supply

Lead is not damaged. If damaged

turn off the supply and contact an
