Cleaning and Maintenance
CLEANING YOUR HAND MIXER
• Before cleaning, switch speed control to "0" and unplug the cord from the
electrical outlet.
• Remove beaters or dough hook accessories.
• Wash beaters and dough hooks in hot soapy water. Rinse well and dry.
• Never wash the mixer body in water.
• Wipe the mixer body with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
• Store mixer and accessories in a clean and dry location such as a cabinet
or shelf.
• Other than regular cleaning practice, do not attempt to fix or modify this
unit in any way.
• Only beaters or dough hook accessories are dishwasher safe, not the hand
mixer body.
