- Defrosting normally takes longer than cooking food.

- When the food can be easily cut with a knife, it means that it is completely defrosted.

- Microwaves penetrate about 4 cm into most food.

- Defrosted food should be consumed as soon as possible. It is not advisable to refreeze it.

Example: for defrosting 400 gr of poultry meat

Steps Display

1 When the microwave is connected to the mains, the “:” symbol will ash.

2 Press the Defrost button to select the type of food. d.2

3 Turn the Time/Weight knob to set food weight. 0.4

4 Press the Start/Resume button to start the defrosting process.

During defrosting, two beeps will sound to prompt you to turn the food over.

Open the door and turn the food over. Then, close the door. Press the Start/

Resume button again to continue the defrosting process.

3.8 Automatic cooking function

This microwave has an automatic cooking function. When the “:” symbol ashes on the display,

press the Auto cooking button 1 to 8 times, depending on the desired option. The display will

show A.1, A.2, ..., A.8 according to your selection.

Choose the appropriate option according to the type and weight of food, and strictly follow the

instructions in the table below.

Display Food type Information

A.1 Popcorn

This option is suitable for popping a bag of popcorn weighing no

more than 85 gr. When you see the corn kernels stop popping,

press the Pause/Cancel button to stop the process.

A.2 Popcorn

This option is suitable for popping a bag of popcorn weighing no

more than 100 gr.

A.3 Pizza

This option is suitable for heating a refrigerated pizza slice of

up to 150 gr.

A.4 Drinks

This option is suitable for heating a 250 ml cup of liquid. The

temperature of this liquid must be between 5 and 10 ℃. Use a

cup or a wide-mouthed glass.
