5. TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem Possible cause Possible solution

Blender does not switch

Loose plug Make sure that the plug is proper-

ly connected and try another plug.

Defective PULSE button Check if the button is working

properly. If necessary, contact the

ocial Cecotec Technical Support

Service.

Damaged motor If the motor is damaged, it is ad-

visable to contact the ocial Ce-

cotec Technical Support Service.

Blender makes noise Worn bearings in the

motor

If the noises are coming from the

motor, it may be necessary to

replace the bearings. Contact the

ocial Cecotec Technical Support

Service.

The blender does not mix

properly

Motor overload Avoid overloading the blender

with heavy ingredients. Reduce

the amount and try again.

Liquid leakage during use Defective gasket in the

blades assembly

Check that the gasket is in good

condition Make sure it is posi-

tioned correctly.

Cracks in the jug or blades

assembly

Inspect the jug and blades as-

sembly for cracks. If you nd any,

replace the aected part.

Incorrect assembly of the

blades assembly

Be sure to assemble all parts

correctly before use. Refer to the
