2. Fill the water tank with the help of the funnel and measuring glass provided. Suggested

maximum tank capacity is 1.8 litres.

Tip: do not overll the tank.

3. Replace the lling cap and turn it clockwise until the tank is completely closed.

Note: you will not be able to open the lling cap if the pressure inside the water tank is high.

WARNING:

- To extend the lifespan of the steam cleaner, we recommend that you use a mixture of tap

water and unscented, weakly mineralised water without additives (1:1).

- Never use pure demineralised water, water from a tumble dryer or water softener, or

rainwater.

WARNING: if you open the lling cap when the water pressure inside the tank is high,

you could be injured. Metal parts may be very hot; avoid contact with skin, as this may

cause burns.

NOTE: the steam production time is about 35 minutes under normal conditions of use. The

warm-up time is about 8 minutes with a full tank.

Using the appliance

1. Make sure that the steam cleaner is unplugged from the mains and that the power switch

is in the o position.

2. Loosen the lling cap by turning it counterclockwise.

3. Using the measuring glass and funnel, ll the tank with 1.8 l of water. This will produce

about 35 minutes of steam.

4. Replace the lling cap by screwing it clockwise.

5. Attach the extensible tube to the handle and t the desired accessory.

6. Connect the appliance to the mains and turn the power switch to the on position.

7. Two indicator lights will switch on. The power switch will light up to indicate that the

appliance is connected to the mains. The heating indicator light will light up to indicate

that an increase in steam pressure is occurring in the steam cleaner.

8. The appliance is ready for use when the heating indicator light switches o, as this means

that the pressure has reached between 4 - 5 bar/ 58 - 72.5 psi, depending on the water

level in the tank.

9. While using the steam cleaner, the heating indicator light may switch on again. This

indicates that the appliance continues to heat up during operation.

10. If the pressure drops below 1 bar, the steam ow may not be sucient (depending on the

accessory you are using). If this happens, release the trigger and wait for the pressure

to reach 4 - 5 bar/ 58 - 72.5 psi again (when this happens, the heating indicator light will

switch o).
