3. ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE

Installation requires the following tools: screwdriver, at screwdriver, adjustable pliers or

spanner, ladder, wire cutters and electrical tape.

Warning

- To avoid electric shocks, turn the household power supply o before installing the ceiling

fan.

- If you hang the fan on a hook, the latter must withstand at least 100 kg.

Before assembling the fan

- To avoid any damage, make sure that the place where you hang the fan has a distance of

2.3 m from the ground and 76 cm from any wall or obstacle.

- Ensure that the junction box is securely fastened to the building structure and can

support the full weight of the fan.

Assembling the fan

Downrod positioning

- Make sure that the building structure can hold the full weight of the fan.

- This fan can be installed on a normal or vaulted ceiling with a downrod. The hanging

length can be extended by using a longer downrod.

Use the 4 self-tapping screws and 4 washers provided to x the mounting

plate to the ceiling.

Brick/concrete ceiling

1. Drill a φ8 mm hole in the masonry ceiling and insert the bolt.

2. Align the bracket with the hole and tighten it with the nut.
