Note: if the timer switch is not in the OFF position, you may hear a slight noise. This is a normal

sound emitted by the mechanical timer.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

- Always unplug the power cord when cleaning the fan.

- Light dust accumulated on the fan can be removed with a soft cloth or vacuum cleaner.

- Occasionally wipe the outside surface of the fan with a damp (not soaked) cloth and a

little mild soap. Dry it thoroughly with a cloth before restarting it. The switches are not

waterproof, so avoid contact with water when cleaning the fan.

- Avoid using gasoline, benzine thinner and other similar products to clean the fan, as they

may damage the fan.

- Store the fan in a clean, dry place when not in use.

WARNING: do not immerse the fan in water or allow any liquid to enter the fan.
