3. ASSEMBLY

Before tting or removing any accessories, make sure that the appliance is disconnected from

the mains.

1. First, attach the exible hose into the body of the appliance. To do this, insert the

connector horizontally into the suction opening (taking into account that the button

must be facing outwards). To remove the hose, press the corresponding release

button and pull it out vertically. Fig. 2

2. Then attach the exible hose to the extensible tube. To remove it, simply pull it out.

3. Then insert the desired accessory into the extensible tube. To remove it, simply pull

it out. Fig. 4

4. You can store the at accessory in the compartment underneath the dirt tank. Fig. 5

4. OPERATION

1. Before using the appliance, detach the power cord and connect the plug to the mains.

The yellow mark on the power cord indicates its ideal length. The red mark indicates the

maximum length of the power cord, do not pull it any further.

2. To switch on the appliance, press the power button.

3. You can adjust the vacuuming power by turning the suction power knob.

4. When you have nished using the appliance, switch it o, disconnect it from the mains and

press the cord-winding button. While the power cord is being collected, guide it with one

hand and slowly press the cord-winding button with the other. This will ensure that it does

not get tangled with any objects and that no damage is caused.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Replacing the dirt-disposal bag

- It is recommended to always use a dirt-disposal bag.

- If you do not install it or if you install it incorrectly, the bottom lid of the dirt tank will not

close completely.

1. After removing the tube, press the dirt tank release button and hold the handle to lift it.

2. Hold the dirt tank vertically, align it with the waste bin and press the tank

button down. The dirt-disposal bag will come out automatically. Fig. 7

2. BEFORE USE

- This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the appliance

out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and

other packaging elements in a safe place to prevent damage to the appliance if you need

to transport it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all

packaging materials are recycled accordingly.

- Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any

piece missing or in bad conditions, contact the ocial Cecotec Technical Support Service

immediately.
