Enabling the Booster function
1. Press the cooking-zone selection touch icon to select the cooking zone whose power you
wish to increase: the corresponding indicator will ash.
2. Press the Booster touch icon to increase the power of the selected cooking zone.
The control panel will display “P” to indicate that the corresponding cooking zone is running in
Booster mode.
3. The Booster function will last for 5 minutes, after which the cooking zone will return to
the power level selected before enabling the Booster function.
If during these 5 minutes you wish to disable the Booster function, press the cooking-
zone selection touch icon: an indicator next to the corresponding icon will ash. Then,
press the Booster touch icon or touch the slider. The cooking zone will return to the power

level selected before enabling the Booster function or to the power level of choice.
Operating instructions
The cooking zones are divided in two groups. If you want to enable the Booster function for a
single cooking zone of a group, you must rst ensure that the other cooking zone in that same
group is running at power level 5 or lower to avoid overloading the hob.
Figure 11 shows how the cooking zones of models 03279_Bolero Squad I 3300 and 03280_
Bolero Squad I 3300 FullFlex are grouped.
Figure 12 shows how the cooking zones of model 03281_Bolero Squad I 4300 FullFlex
are grouped.

- The Bridge Zone can be used as a single cooking zone or as two separate cooking zones,
based on your cooking needs.
The Bridge Zone consists of two independent inductors that can be controlled separately.
If the Bridge Zone is used as two separate cooking zones, the cookware can be moved
from one zone to another while maintaining the same power level as the zone where the

cookware was originally placed, and the empty cooking zone will switch o.
Please note:
If you use the Bridge Zone as a single cooking zone, be sure to place the cookware in the centre.
In case of large, oval, rectangular, and oblong cookware, make sure to place it in such a way
that it covers both “+” as shown in Figure 13 (examples of good and bad cookware placements).
Using the Bridge Zone as a single large cooking zone:
To use the Bridge Zone as a single large cooking zone, press the corresponding Bridge-1.
