steam during operation.

- The fan will start to run 15 minutes after the oven is switched on. Even if the oven is closed,

the fan will continue to run for 35 minutes.

- Preheat the oven before putting in the food.

- If you are going to bake for a long period of time, you can turn o the oven before the time

is up. This will use the residual heat to nish cooking
