Function knob

Use the function knob to set the desired function. This oven features 5 functions. They are

detailed below:

- O position: setting the knob to this position will switch o the oven.

- Light: setting the knob to this position will switch on the oven light.

- Grill: setting the knob to this position will switch on only the top heating element. This

function is suitable for baking medium to large portions of sausages, bacon, meat, sh, etc.

- Bottom heating element: setting the knob to this position will switch on only the bottom

heating element. This function is suitable for sterilising and preserving jars.

- Conventional mode (top and bottom heating elements): setting the knob to this position

will switch on both heating elements (top and bottom). This function is suitable for grilling

and baking on one level.

- Energy saving mode: setting the knob to this position will switch on both heating

elements to control the temperature, therefore reducing energy consumption. This

function is suitable for baking large foods, as the oven temperature rises progressively,

allowing the heat to fully penetrate the food.

- Steam-assisted function: setting the knob to this position will release heat from the

bottom of the oven, allowing you to brown pizza bases, pies, and cakes, or steam various

foods.

- To activate this function, add 150 ml of puried water to the bottom of the oven cavity and

select 200 ºC temperature. The approximate cooking time with this function is 20 minutes.

Note:

stains caused by cooking. This function can only be used when the oven is cold.

- Be sure to remove excess water from the oven cavity when the cooking process is complete.

- It is recommended not to add more than 500 ml of puriﬁed water.

- You can adjust the amount of water and the temperature according to the needs of the

food to be prepared.

- Make sure that the interior is completely cool before removing excess water. Otherwise,

you could get burned.

- Steam cleaning: use this function to remove food remains from inside the oven. It is
