The Eco 40-60 programme can wash cotton laundry with normal soiling declared washable at

40 °C or 60 °C, together in the same cycle, and this programme is used to assess compliance

with EU eco-design legislation.

- The most energy-ecient programmes are generally those that operate at lower

temperatures and for longer durations.

- Noise and remaining moisture content are inuenced by the spin speed: the higher the

spin speed in the spin phase, the higher the noise and the lower the remaining moisture

content.

- The values given for programmes other than the Eco40-60 programme, and the washing

cycle are only indicative.
