- Do not put hot or warm foods directly into the freezer. Allow them to cool to room

temperature before storing.

- When storing frozen foods, follow the storage instructions on the packaging. If it does not

contain any specific information, the food must be consumed within three months from

the date of purchase.

- Store food in small containers (ideally less than 1 kg) to reduce freezing time and improve

quality after thawing.

- Wrap or cover food properly before placing it in the refrigerator. To prevent the film

wrappings from sticking together, make sure they are completely dry.

- Before freezing food, label it indicating the type of product, freezing date and expiration

date.

- Once thawed, food cannot be refrozen. Defrost only as much food as necessary to avoid

food waste.

- Do not place bottled or canned beverages in the freezer, as they may explode.

- Do not exceed the maximum amount of food to be frozen.
