Knocking noise
is heard in the
dishwasher
The spray arm is hitting an item
in the basket.
Stop the programme and
reposition the tableware.
A tapping noise is
heard in the water
pipes
This may be due to the
installation or the cross-section
of the pipes.
If in doubt, contact a qualied
plumber.
Tableware does not
come out clean
Tableware was not correctly
loaded.
Refer to the relevant section
to nd out how to load the
tableware correctly.
The programme is not powerful
enough.
Select a more intensive
programme.
Not enough detergent has been
dispensed.
Use more detergent or change
the detergent.
There are items blocking the
spray arm movement.
Place the items again so the
spray arm can move freely.
The ltering assembly is not
clean or not correctly placed at
the bottom of the dishwasher.
This may block the spray arms
holes.
Clean the spray arm holes.
Clean and/or place the lter
correctly.
Glass objects come
out opaque or dull
The water is too soft, and you
have used too much detergent.
Use less detergent if the water
in your area is soft and select
a shorter cycle to wash glass
or crystal objects and get them
clean.
White spots appear
on plates and cups
Areas with hard water may
cause lime deposits.
Add more detergent.
Black or grey marks
on tableware
Aluminium utensils have
scratched the tableware.
Use a mild abrasive cleaner to
remove these marks.
There is still
detergent in the
dispenser
The tableware blocks the
detergent dispenser.
Load the tableware again
correctly.
