6. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible causes Possible solutions
The dishwasher does
not switch on
The fuse has blown, or the
circuit breaker has tripped.
Replace the fuse or restart the
circuit breaker. Remove any
other device sharing the same
circuit as the dishwasher.
The power supply is not on. Make sure the dishwasher is on
and the door is properly closed.
Make sure the power cable is
properly plugged into a power
outlet.
Water pressure is too low. Check that the water supply is
connected properly, and that
water ows out.
The dishwasher door is not
properly closed.
Make sure you close the door
properly (you will hear a click).
The dishwasher does
not pump water
Drain hose is kinked or crushed. Check the drain hose.
The lter is clogged. Check the ltering system.
Clean, if necessary, as
described in the Cleaning and
Maintenance section.
The kitchen sink is clogged. Check the kitchen sink to make
sure it is draining correctly. If
the problem is that the kitchen
sink is not draining properly, you
may need to call a plumber.
