Removing the side racks and ceramic hooks
To remove the side racks, first, turn them 90 degrees up. Then lift the
side rack to the top of the ceramic hook. Finally slide the side racks
sideways out of the cramic hooks.
To remove the ceramic hooks, first, lift them up to the top of the slots
they rest in. Then angle and slide them out of the slots.
To place the ceramic hooks and side rack back in the cavity, follow the
above instructions in reverse.
