6.4 Multi-step cooking
You can start two cooking processes individually one after the other. For example, you
can start a defrosting operation and a microwave operation or two microwave ope-
rations with di erent power levels in succession. To do this, the appliance must be in
standby mode.
1. Select your desired microwave setting or your desired defrost setting as described
above and set the desired time/weight.
2. Then press the corresponding button directly for the second operation. The micro-
wave power or dEF1 or dEF2 appears in the display.
3. Set the desired power / weight / time.
4. Press the „Start/Quickstart“ button to start the multi-step cooking process.
5. After the rst operation has nished, a beep sounds and the second operation starts
automatically.
6. After the time of the second operation has elapsed, the appliance beeps 5 times.
PLEASE NOTE
If defrosting is used, it is always the rst operation, even if it is set as the second one.
You cannot use a multi-step cooking process with an automatic programme or with
the Quickstart function.
You cannot start two defrosting operations in succession.
6.5 Automatic cooking programmes
You can choose from 8 di erent automatic cooking programmes. To do this, the applian-
ce must be in standby mode.
1. Turn the control knob to the right to enter programme mode.
2. Turn the control knob forwards or backwards to select the desired programme (A-1 – A-8).
3. Con rm the selection by pressing the „Start/Quickstart“ button.
4. Turn the control knob forwards or backwards again to set the desired weight.
5. Press the „Start/Quickstart“ button to start the process.
6. When the cooking time has elapsed, the appliance beeps 5 times.
