HACCP: CAUTION
Food Safety programs based on procedures such as HACCP and, more generally,
certain national regulations, require that the devices used for food storage be
periodically checked to ensure that measurement errors are within the limits
allowed for the application used. Carel recommends users to follow, for example,
the indications of the European standard Temperature recorders and thermometers
for the transport, storage and distribution of chilled, frozen, deep-frozen/
quick-frozen food and ice cream - PERIODIC VERIFICATION”, EN 13486 - 2001 (or
subsequent updates) or similar regulations and provisions in force in the country in
