TEMPERATURE CONTROL:
The temperature in the appliance is controlled by the temperature control located inside
the fridge.
NOTE:
1 is the warmest setting and 7 is the coldest setting.
Whentheapplianceisrstturnedon,thethermostatwilladjusttoposition3.Toadjustthe
temperature, press the temperature selection button. Each press of the button, toggles through
the different temperature settings.
Setting 7 should be used as a rapid cool/freeze setting and should only be set 2 hours before
a large amount of food is placed in the fridge. The temperature control should be put back to
setting 5 after the food has been placed in the fridge, if this is not done the temperature in the
fridge compartment could fall below 0ºC as the compressor will run continuously.
NOTE:
The standard operating temperature should be between 0ºC and 4ºC. The temperature of
freshly stored food and how often the door is opened affects the temperature in the refrigerator
compartment. If required, change the temperature setting.
DOOR OPEN ALARM
When the fridge door is open, the control panel and lights are switched on. If the door is left
open for 60 seconds, the door open alarm will operate. 7 minutes after the door is opened, the
light will turn off but can be turned on by touching the switch. While the fridge door is open,
the control panel remains illuminated. When the door is closed, the lights turn off immediately
and the control panel switches off 60 seconds later.
