11. Lens Cap

The dedicated lens cap protects the front of the lens from shock and dust when the lens is stowed or

not in use.

This lens cap can also be attached to the hood as well as the lens.

Attaching the Lens Cap to the Lens

Attach the lens cap by slipping it directly over the

end of the lens (hood mount) as shown. Draw the

strings to affix the lens cap and prevent it from

coming off easily.

Attaching the Lens Cap to a Hood

Attach the lens cap by slipping it over the end

of the hood as shown. Use the hook and loop

fastener and the strings to affix the lens cap and

prevent it from coming off easily.
