2. Installing Software
CAILPR Software
CAILPR is software which enables you to access this printer directly from Windows 98/95
computers, when it is connected into a local network via the 10BASE-T interface.
Installing the CAILPR software will provide a new port in Windows environment. To activate
CAILPR, open the driver's Properties window, click the Details tab, and select CAILPR from
the Print to the following port pull-down list.
Typing the IP address of this printer will be required during installation. Ask the net-
work administrator for the IP address.

Insert Printer Driver / User’s
Guide CD-ROM into your CD-
ROM drive. The disk is in-
cluded in the package.

From the Start menu, select
Run.

Type "D:\LPR\SETUP.EXE"
and click OK.
Where "D:\" is the drive letter of your
computer's CD-ROM drive.

Install CAILPR, following the
instructions on the screen.
