This document contains all the information necessary to enable you to take full
advantage of the COLOR LABEL PRINTING MACHINE P-640L. We hope you will be-
come familiar with all the functions and operations of your printer, and use it for a
long time.
Note on Figures
● In the User's Guide, figures of screens illustrating the printer driver settings are basically those
from Windows 98 computers. Windows 95 will show virtually the same screens, and the opera-
tional steps will be the same.
If you are running Windows NT on your computer, some of the screens will be different, and
there are some functions which require different operational steps. Whenever this happens, this
document will provide you with the necessary information to use your printer on Windows NT.

This manual uses the icons shown below to indicate important information. Always observe the
instructions indicated by these icons.
