highlighted in red; if it is not already high- lighted,

SETTING THE PREHEAT (OPTIONAL)
To set the preheating step: tap
the symbol
Set the desired temperature for preheat- ing.
Tap the symbol to return to the pa- rameter
setting screen.
An acoustic signal (if active*) indicates the end of
preheating, i.e. the set temperature has been
reached.

Skip a preheating cycle in progress
Tap the

MODIFY
" icon

Tap the "
SKIP PREHEATING
" icon.
The screen shown appears (INSERT TRAY). When
the door is closed, step 1 starts automatically
according to the set parameters.
The changes are temporary, i.e. they only apply to
the cycle in progress and do not change the original
recipe if saved.

To set the following steps (if needed):
tap the symbol ; all steps available will
be
displayed; only set the ones you need.
Repeat the operations explained in the previous
section to set all cooking pa- rameters from step
"2" onwards.
