CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. To disassemble the blender:
a. Measuring cap: Rotate it counterclockwise until it stops, then pull it
up from the lid.
b. Lid: Gently pull it up from the glass jar.
c. Glass jar: Lift it straight up from the base.
d. Blade assembly: Turn the glass jar upside down. Rotate the blade
assembly counterclockwise, then pull it out from the glass jar.
2. Wash and dry the glass jar, blade assembly, lid, and measuring cap using warm,
soapy water; then rinse and dry each part thoroughly.
WARNING: Do not immerse the blender in water or any other liquid. Only the
glass jar, lid and measuring cap are dishwasher safe.
3. Wipe the base with a clean, damp cloth to remove any residue.
4. To reassemble the blender:
a. Blade assembly: Turn the glass jar upside down. Place the blade
assembly into the bottom opening, then rotate it until it is tight.
b. Glass jar: Place it upright onto the base.
c. Lid: Press it firmly into the top of the glass jar.
d. Measuring cap: Insert it into the lid and rotate it clockwise to secure.
5. Store the blender in a dry, safe place until next use.
