8. Cleaning
Please disconnect the mains plug from the socket before you start cleaning! Use
a cloth slightly dampened with water for cleaning. The appliance must never be
immersed in water for cleaning. This could lead to an electric shock or re!
Addional notes
Before using the appliance, make sure that it is not damaged. If this is the case,
do not use it. The device must not be exposed to moisture, direct sunlight or dust.
Do not immerse the device in water. Do not throw it into a re as there is a risk of
explosion. Before using the product, make sure that the available mains voltage
corresponds to the operang voltage specied on the rang plate. The product is
intended for private use only. This appliance is only suitable for indoor use.

Keep the baeries and the appliance out of the reach of children. Baeries contain
acids that are harmful to health. Weak baeries should be replaced as soon as pos-
sible to prevent leakage! Never use new and old baeries or baeries of dierent
types at the same me. Never throw baeries into a re and do not shortcircuit
them. Never charge the baeries and do not take them apart. There is a risk of
explosion!

Never aempt to open the appliance to carry out repairs or modicaons yourself.
Avoid contact with the mains voltage. The appliance is only deenergised when the
plug is disconnected. Do not shortcircuit the product. In addion, do not forget to
disconnect the mains plug completely when not in use or during a thunderstorm.
The appliance is not authorised for outdoor use. Therefore, please only use it in a dry
area. Protect it from high humidity, water and snow. Always keep the device away
from high temperatures. Do not expose the device to sudden temperature chan-
ges or strong vibraons, as this could damage the electronic components. Check the
device for any damage before use. The appliance should not be used if it has been
knocked or damaged in any other way. Please also observe the naonal regulaons
and restricons. Do not use the appliance for purposes other than those described
in these instrucons. This product is not a toy.
