Make sure the peg is in the
holder.
5 Place the cutter container face
up. Click the blade on top. Make
sure your blade matches your
pressure block. Then put the
cutter container on its silicone
lid.
6 Place the vegetable you want to
cut on top of the cutter
container, on the blade. Tip: cut
off a small piece to create a at
surface for easier cutting.
7 Put the pressure container over
the cutter container and
vegetable, and push down. The
faster you push, the easier
cutting will be.

Manual - how to store
1 Remove the peg holder and
pressure block holder from the
outside container by pushing
down the square peg and take it
out. Separate the peg holder and
pressure block by pushing inside
the slits. Place the peg holder
back in the pressure container.
2 Take the cutter container and
take out the knife. Make sets of
the knives and pressure holders
by clicking them together.
3 Turn the cutter container and
make sure you put them back
correctly: the pins on the sets t
into the holes of the container.
4 Close the cutter container with
the lid. Slide the cutter container
in the pressure container. Now
you can safely store your cutter
