Overview
Overview of the VG-800
The VG-800 is a modeling processor that’s compatible with serial GK-type divided pickups (GK-5/GK-5B: sold separately).
INST (instrument) block
This is a sound generator that plays sounds based on the performance data from the divided pickup or from the input sound of a guitar/bass
guitar.
In addition to modeled sounds like electric and acoustic guitar, an alternate tuning function is available to independently change the pitch for
each string.

The VG-800 features high-quality eects.

Memory
The settings for the INST section, eects, control/assign and GUITAR/BASS TO MIDI are saved as memories.
You can save the performance state you like, including the settings for each block together as a memory. This is useful for saving your memory
settings beforehand, so that you can switch between them while you’re playing.
