Fault Cause and troubleshooting
The display and but-
tons do not respond.
Software fault.
1.
To restart the appliance, press and hold for ap-
proximately 5seconds.
2.
If the fault occurs again, disconnect the appliance
from the power supply for at least 30 seconds. Un-
plug the appliance from the mains or switch off the
circuit breaker in the fuse box.
HomeConnect is not
working properly.
Different causes are possible.

Reset the appliance network settings.

Ventilate the appliance's installation location.
Insufficient condensation for the automatic self-cleaning
when permanently drying small loads of laundry.
Regularly dry a load weighing more than 3kg of
damp laundry until the programme ends.
The appliance's ventilation opening is blocked.
Ensure that the ventilation opening of the appliance
is kept clear.
Heat exchanger is soiled.
Run the basic appliance care programme
