The HomeConnect app guides you
through the entire login process. Fol-
low the instructions in the HomeCon-
nect app to configure the settings.

16.1 Setting up HomeConnect
Requirements
The appliance is receiving signals
from the WLAN home network (Wi-
Fi) at its installation location.
The appliance door is closed.

Scan the following QR code.
You can install the HomeConnect
app and connect your appliance
via the QR code.

Follow the instructions in the
HomeConnect app.
16.2 Remote Start
You can use the HomeConnect app
to start the appliance with your mo-
bile device.
Tip: If you select "rc2" in the Basic
settings

of this function,
the function is permanently activated
and you can start your appliance with
a mobile device at any time.
Activating Remote Start
When you have selected "rc1" in the
basic settings of this function, activ-
ate the function on your appliance.
Requirements
The appliance is connected to your
WLAN home network.
The appliance is connected to the
HomeConnect app.
"rc1" is selected in the Basic set-
tings

A programme is selected.
Press .
If you open the appliance door, the
function is automatically deactiv-
ated.

16.3 Smart Start

Smart Start automatically determines
the optimal time for the programme
to start.
You can use the HomeConnect app
to activate or deactivate the function.
Activating Smart Start
Requirements
Smart Start is activated via the
HomeConnect app.
Preferences for time and energy
are set in the HomeConnect app.

"EnG" lights up in the display.
The display shows the optimal
start time and the duration of the
selected programme.

Press .
Smart Start is active.
The programme starts as soon as
the optimal time is reached.
