Troubleshooting
You can eliminate minor issues on your appliance
yourself. Please read the information on eliminating issues
before contacting Customer Service. This may avoid
unnecessary repair visits.
WARNING
Improper repairs are dangerous.
Repairs to the appliance should only be performed by
authorized service providers.
If the power cord of this appliance becomes damaged, it
must be replaced by the manufacturer, the
manufacturer's Customer Service, or an authorized
service provider in order to prevent injury.
Only original spare parts may be used to repair the
appliance.
If the appliance has an issue, call Customer Service.
10.1 Oven troubleshooting
Issue Cause and troubleshooting
e101 - Oven temperature sensor
failure
The temperature sensor on the appliance might be malfunctioning.
1. Check if the power cord connection is correct.
The colors of the power cord wires should match the colors of the wires on the
appliance.
2. Turn the appliance off at the circuit breaker and wait five minutes.
3. Turn the circuit breaker back on.
4. If the problem persists, contact Customer Service.
e005 - Communication failure
between user interface and power
board
An electronics fault has occured
1. Turn the appliance off at the circuit breaker and wait five minutes.
2. Turn the circuit breaker back on.
3. If the problem persists, contact Customer Service.
e011 - Touch sensor failure on
oven control panel
There is a failure on a touch sensor.
1. Clean the control panel and wipe it dry.
2. Turn the appliance off at the circuit breaker and wait five minutes.
3. Turn the circuit breaker back on.
4. If the problem persists, contact Customer Service.
E302 - Control panel has
overheated
The control panel has overheated.
1. Check the ambient temperature in the room
2. Check the position of pots.
Pot position might influence the temperature on the control panel.
3. Let the appliance cool down.
4. Turn the appliance off at the circuit breaker and wait five minutes.
5. Turn the circuit breaker back on.
6. If the problem persists, contact Customer Service.
e126 - Self clean door lock failure The door lock on the appliance is malfunctioning.
1. Cancel the self clean function.
2. Wait until the door unlocks and start the self clean function again.
3. If the problem persists, contact Customer Service.
e310 - Failure of power board relay
supply
There is a power supply failure.
1. Check the correct voltage in the house installation.
2. Turn the appliance off at the circuit breaker and wait five minutes.
3. Turn the circuit breaker back on.
4. If the problem persists, contact Customer Service.
e302 - Powerboard has
overheated
The power board has overheated.
ERR/toP - Cooktop activation
during active Self Clean function
The cooktop has been activated during an active self clean cycle.
1. Turn off any active cooking zone.
2. Start the self clean function again.
