7. Set the desired cooking time using the numeric keypad
and press Enter, for example 6:00 hours.
a The oven begins baking.
a In the example given, the oven will bake at 300°F for 36
hours and shut off. The next time the clock says 6:00
AM, the oven will begin baking again at 300°F for
another 6 hours.
Setting the Holiday cook time in double ovens -
Benchmark® Series
The Holiday cook time option allows you to set the next
day’s restart time for Sabbath mode.
1. Press Bake.
a The display defaults to the upper oven.
2. Set the desired baking temperature using the numeric
keypad and press Enter, for example 300°F.
3. Press Lower Oven.
4. Set the desired baking temperature using the numeric
keypad and press Enter, for example 200°F.
5. Press and hold the soft key under "Oven Timer" for
5seconds.
a In the Sabbath mode timer, the default value 74:00
hours blinks.
6. Set the desired cook time using the numeric keypad, for
example 36:00 hours. Do not press Enter yet.
7. Press and hold the soft key under "Holiday cook time".
8. Set the desired start time using the numeric keypad and
press Enter, for example 6:00 AM.
9. Set the desired cooking time using the numeric keypad
and press Enter, for example 6:00 hours.
a Both ovens begin baking.
Canceling Sabbath mode - Benchmark® Series
▶ For single ovens: Press Clear/Off. For double ovens:
Press Upper Clear/Off or Lower Clear/Off. You have
to cancel Sabbath mode for each oven cavity
separately.
a Sabbath mode is ended.
