Mode How it works and what it is used for
Eco Chef EcoChef™ Uses residual heat to reduce energy consumption during
cooking. The probe is always used to monitor internal food
temperature and cook the food.

Meat probe/Auto probe Use to determine the internal temperature of many foods,
especially meats and poultry during cooking.

Kitchen timer The kitchen timer is a countdown timer that has no affect
on oven heating. The kitchen timer is used for general
kitchen timing needs.

00:00 turns the oven off, stopping the current mode. The
oven timer is used to set how long a mode will run.
